Hello there!
My name is Kirsti Appleby, and I am so excited to have you in my class this year! We have a fun and exciting year ahead of us with lots of hands-on work and projects that I hope you all have fun working on (you too, parents!)
A little about myself: I grew up here in North Idaho where I was homeschooled until fourth grade then finished my elementary years at Hayden Meadows Elementary. Next. I went to Canfield Middle School for sixth through eighth grade, and then I graduated from Lake City High School with a years worth of college already done from NIC. I then went on to Moscow at the University of Idaho where I graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education with an Endorsement in Mathematics that I hope to put to good use this year.
Aside from teaching, I love reading, writing stories, and traveling. I hope to one day travel all over Europe and all 50 United States. When I'm not doing any of that, I like to spend time with friends and family.
Again, I can't wait to see what's in store for us this year, and I hope you all enjoy the rest of your summer vacation.
